Effective solutions through smart legal advice

About

malherbe is a law firm specialized in business law. Each of us lives from his or her passion and is encouraged to discover and deploy his or her strengths and differences within a close-knit team at the service of the client. Several of us are university professors or teaching assistants; that academic background testifies to the importance we attach to passing on our knowledge to the younger generation.

malherbe currently unites eight experienced, enthusiastic lawyers who are determined to provide their clients with high-quality advice in the various branches of business law, tax law, property & estate law, and public law. We also assist our clients in the settlement of their disputes, whether before the judicial courts (including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court), the arbitration bodies, the administrative authorities and jurisdictions, or the international courts like the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
