Tamara Leidgens has been a partner at malherbe since 2017. She specialises in administrative law and litigation, with particular expertise in repressive administrative law and environmental law. She advises and represents companies in complex cases, often involving high legal, economic or societal stakes. She has developed particular expertise in administrative sanctions in various sectors, including aeronautics and food safety.


Her litigation practice covers administrative appeals, judicial proceedings, proceedings before the Council of State, proceedings before the Constitutional Court and proceedings before the European courts.


She holds a law degree from the Université catholique de Louvain (1998, magna cum laude) and a Diplôme d’Études Spécialisées en droit international public from the Université libre de Bruxelles (1999, magna cum laude). She also trained in space and telecommunications law under the European Space Agency at the University of Geneva. She was an assistant at the Faculty of Law of the Université libre de Bruxelles, specialising in public and international law.


She speaks French and English.
