Tamara Leidgens has been a partner at malherbe since 2017. She specialises in administrative law, with particular expertise in criminal administrative law and environmental law.
She advises and represents companies in complex cases with significant legal, economic or societal implications, and has in-depth expertise in administrative sanctions, particularly in the aeronautics sector.
Her litigation practice covers administrative appeals, judicial proceedings and proceedings before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court and the European courts.
A law graduate of the Catholic University of Louvain (1998, magna cum laude), she also holds a Diploma of Specialised Studies in public international law from the Free University of Brussels (1999, magna cum laude), which she represented in the Charles-Rousseau moot court competition. She also attended the summer course on space law organised by the ECSL under the auspices of the European Space Agency at the University of Geneva.
She was an assistant at the ULB Faculty of Law until 2015, notably for the course ‘Public Law and International Law: Intersections’.
She speaks French and English.
