IFA Romania and Editions Hamangiu organize a Seminar “De Omnibus Fiscalibus” in hommage to Jacques Malherbe in Brașov, 15-18 November 2018.

Philippe Malherbe will deliver two lectures, one with Pr. Ciprian PAǓN on BEPS and ATAD, the other with Pr. Jacques Malherbe and Pr. Mirela Buliga, on dispute resolution, where I will address the new mechanism offered by Directive (EU)2017/1852.
